Your file needs to be in PDF format if we are printing your thesis for you. This type of file will insure that the layout of your thesis remains the same no matter what computer it's being viewed on. We prefer it to be in one file or as few files as possible.
If you're using Word 2007 or later, please see this page for assistance in converting your file.
If you're using a different program, you can convert your file by downloading CutePDF Writer. Please use the free download and free converter on this page. If you need help with using CutePDF Writer, please visit this link.
If you're using a Mac, you won't need any additional software and should see this page.
No less than 3 cm on the inside margin (usually the left on a single sided book) and 2 cm on the others.

Yes, you can send your thesis, in PDF format, to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include in the email:
- the amount of copies you'd like
- which of our binding services (5/24/48 hour) you need, if getting hard bound copies
- the requirements for the cover provided to you by your college (the colour of the cover, as well as the information for the front and, if getting hard bound copies, the information for the spine)
- a contact telephone number
- any further instructions
No, we do not take any bookings as all of our services are guaranteed.
We know most of the layouts for the major Irish universities but for some, there is no standard layout or different layouts for different courses. It's always best to double check with your college if you're unsure. We can then meet any specifications you have.
If you have been asked by your college to print the body of your thesis on both sides of the page, we can do that for you. You just need to set up your margins accordingly and instructions for doing this in Microsoft Word can be found in our Thesis Help section.
Unfortunately we don't offer a typing service.
